MANDATORY SPORTS ACCIDENT

Benefits for Intercollegiate, Interscholastic, Club, Intramurals, Band, Cheerleaders, Majorettes, Non Sport Extracurricular Activities, Gym Classes, Leagues, Tournaments, Campus, All-Star Events and Alumni Gatherings.

  • Up to $10,000,000 Maximum Benefit
  • Pre-season and Post-season play and conditioning included
  • Tryouts included
  • No name list is required
  • Heart and Circulatory Death Benefit (Not available in all states)
  • Travel directly to and from activity
  • One day non-athletic field trip coverage, with a maximum benefit of $10,000 is included at no additional charge, when sports coverage is purchased.

VOLUNTARY COVERAGE

Voluntary benefits are offered in conjunction with our compulsory student and mandatory Sports programs. These benefits provide parents the opportunity to insure their children against accidental injuries that would otherwise not be covered by the plan purchased by the
school.
